I've been running the 4" Pilot round fogs for about 3 years now. If you look in my cardomain (see my signature), you will see plenty of pics of what they look like both on regular and with the neon. I really like they way that they look and get compliments on them all the time. People constantly PM me about where I got them, and how they are installed.
I have the G3 fog brackets which you can't buy anymore, but that's not a real big deal, just expiremnt with your fog opening and make some custom brackets for yourself, or if you want to go all pimp have someone custom make a bracket.
NOTE!!!! The last time I ordered the Pilots they came in 4.5" diameter and DID NOT FIT all the way INSIDE THE FOG HOLE! The website made no mention that they increased the diameter and it pissed me off. I had to custom/modify my bracket so that they fit. The picture in my sig has the current 4.5" diameter fog. I prefered the old 4" diameter that fit snug.
These fogs a bright as hell and basically make HID's overkill. I feel totally blind withough the fog bulbs on. If you do these with HID's you will have TONS of light, which I like (probly going to throw on some HID's myself someday...just for the hell of it). But yah, no need for HID's with these fogs.
Basically, don't be scarred of fogs. Find a decent set you like and just take some time to put together a decent bracket for yourself. I really like CATZ yellow fogs myself, but that is depending on your tast of yellow, and they are spendy. I have my setup all squared away or I'd probly have the CATZ myself, but I've run my car like this for so long I don't plan to change it.
Good luck, hope this helped a lil' bit.
