Yeah it would be nice but for some reason the kid has his eyes on an eclipse. Sorry it's not gonna happen.

LMAO, that's good, but its his call, besides bizzaros car is half way across the country from me. It would cost like a grand just to get it shipped here.
I'll take a vacation n drive it for you.. fly me there, then fly me back from your place. lol

friends don't let friends drive DSMs.... let alone brothers.

Nothing wrong with DSM's, my older brother has owned a 95 AWD TSI Talon and a 99 GSX Eclipse. Both very stout and VERY fast cars.. those blocks are damn near indestructible!!

Anyway, just a little side note.. sorry about the threadjack. Again, good luck with your sale and feel free to PM me back with a counteroffer if you have a hard time selling your MP3.

pending on a kid/his loan... but bump regardless, cause for some reason it doesn't seem too promising to me.

I hate you for not taking my offer.. this car is so clean. I ended up buying a yellow MP3 after all, but I really wish it could've been this one.

Oh well, such is life. Good luck man, sorry to hear about that kid falling through with the loan.

Why are you asking so much? I paid for my 03, two years ago for the same price at 77k, yes it wasn't a mp3 but it was only 4yrs old, this one is now 8yrs old.

Not bashing you, just saying you'll probably have this for a long time at 7k, especially w/ the economy.

not once did i say that this is 7k firm. as stated in the first post, 7k OBO. incase you guys didn't know what OBO means, it means "OR BEST OFFER".

5k is not a legitimate offer in my book. especially when i was offered 5,500 as a TRADE IN. but, i would like to see this car go to someone who knows what they're doing/is a mazda enthusiast. not a 17 year old who's dad is gonna buy him a flashy yellow car he knows nothing about just because its nicely priced.

so, throw out an offer!

p.s. it's getting inspected today, so it'll have a fresh inspection for the purchaser.

Alright guys, there's been plenty of commentary about the pricing here. There's a difference between friendly advice regarding price and unprovoked harrassment. Let's leave it between the seller and potential buyers.
