Funny how they had parts for the P5 listed on their site two years ago, and every time I called I got "within the next month or so" as the response to when they were going to release the parts.
No, they just seem to only give us MS versions on the last model year (or so) to bring a little life and excitement back to them. The 6 has been really popular, so there's no reason it should die after the MS version.
They had a glitch with a certain coupon for a while that allowed you to get 40% off everything in your cart, but I think it's been fixed. Lemme check my email to see if they've sent anything lately.
So a fuel filter is going to keep my 93 octane from dropping down to say a 91 or 87 huh?? Also, how the hell is he managing to get oil in his fuel filter??
Autoweek ran a blip on that 6 a while ago. They said it was going to be a TT 4, a six speed, and AWD. Here: http://www.autoweek.com/article.cms?articleId=100447
^That's actually not a bad analogy. Basically anything that has been blueprinted has be machined to fit perfectly, everything that is similar (pistons, rods, etc) weighs the same, and put back together to exact tolerances.
A guy I used to work with in GSO had a WRX with 279 whp a few years ago. He sold it since it got broken into a few times and he didn't want to add much more power and grenade the tranny.
I just hope there stuff doesn't turn out to be vaporware like a lot of things seem to turn out to be for the P5. I'd love to see more options and more products though.
What the hell are you doign shifting into first gear to begin with?? Unless you came to a complete stop, there is absolutely no reason to ever shift into first while moving.
Ok, I'm glad it's not just me. I honestly think there's some sort of "bad Driver's Syndicate" that spies on me and waits for me to go anywhere. How the hell else do they always seem to be out when I am??
Octane is not an additive in the gas at all. Straight from the FTC's Website:
Simply put, it's a measure of how stable the gas is, not an additive to make it stable.

Why the hell are they requiring a VIN number anyway?? Have you tried giving http://www.mazdastuff.com/ a call?? They have better than MSRP prices on all their parts, and they are a dealer, so it's not some crappy aftermarket part.
