If the second oxygen sensor or monitor 12 is after the catalyst, it was never moved?

O2 sensor 11 (sensor one, bank one), is before the catalyst.........

Just a quick question, which test's or parameters state not ready? These test are not always for individual sensors but could be entire systems....... The obd drive cycle can be a pain.....

Mine definately cuts off at wide open throttle, but under part throttle conditions it will remain on and this is where you will lose power......... Our cars are equip with a wot cut-off relay along with 99% of all new cars.....

He is not looking for the engine to be overhauled, just installed and if i'm not mistaken the old engine is already out, some dealers may not like that you have already pulled the motor and may not give you any labor discount for this at all, i would expect to pay about $96.00 an hour x 8-12...

Just to let you know, most new cars have wot (wide open throttle) cut off relays for the a/c, and i believe the mazdaspeed is also supplied with one from the factory.....(RTM)

Not to be a Dick, but you are asking a question that with out alot more information no one here is going to be able to help...... First things first, if you have a cel lamp on, i would scan the pcm before i go any further, i know that you have a damaged o2 emulater but dont assume that there may...

Just a thought, if the band clamp connecting your midpipe to your down pipe is not tight enough, it will cause the entire center portion of the exhaust to hang low........... One of the problems with slip fit connections......

Copy the factory design!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not just for emmisions, rather then putting those two dollar filter's on there it would make more sense to just cap it off.......

I would not use a breather in that location, copy the factory routing on this one........... It will payoff in the long run and allow the car to operate as it should.......

Sorry about all your troubles, this really sucks if you honestly didnt have any significant mods, should not have blown up like this..... As far as the oil change records go i think this is a mute point, i think you can definately prove failure from lack of lubication or not...... Also no oil...

My GHL is awesome except for the droning at anything above 3K RPM'S, and yes mine does actually sound quit a bit louder then before, and this is actually my third muffler section from GHL, (which may be louder then the first two, if thats possible) thought about downgrading to something quieter...

Well listen unless you have friends that own a machine shop or have a machine shop in there garage, you should remove the engine and strip it down to only the block..... Meaning Block, pistons, rods, crank, thats it.... This would definately save on labor.... By the way, you do have performance...

Listen Guys, i'm a little concerned on this entire topic.... Reason being is if you dont know exactly what you need to build your motor maybe you should not be taking on such a task all alone......... It's not the hardest thing in the world to do but in the long run a good machine shop would...
