Actually, its +/- 30 minutes (30'), which is +/- 0.5 degrees. dunno why mazda decided to use minutes instead of degrees in the service manual, maybe for precision? You can tell what it is by the timing of the sound; when the car is hitting the bump, or just after it hits the bump, the latter...

Yes, you should see the oil leak on concrete, however I usually park on grass, so I never noticed. IMO, for such a cheap part it's best to change it next oil change(or sooner if you don't mind draining the oil and putting it back in).

^ +1 Also, you should be able to adjust the screws without a screwdriver, I turned it by hand. There 'might' be a picture in the manual. Can't adjust left and right btw.

That's what I did. As long as the metal reaches chassis ground, it should work. IIRC, using the harness's ground may introduce alternator whine, so it's a good thing the harness you got doesn't have a ground connection. Welcome to the forums :)

A quick google search pulls up those codes relating to the MAF and Oxygen sensor. I would say clean your MAF with that cleaner they sell at most autoparts, should say "MAF Cleaner" or "Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner". Since the MAF's probably dirty, check your air filter - it might have failed...
