Exterior LED Guys - Fast Flash?

Hey fellas. Switched my turn signals on my 02 Protege to LED's. Really great addition, they really increase the visibility of the lights.

Question is this: Have any of you found a way around the fast flash feature? I don't like that they flash so fast. Has anyone modded the flasher or found a way around it other than putting in load resistors?

I personally haven't tried this yet, maybe I'll get to it someday. Until then I'm using incandescent lights.. (sad2)

I just got 2, 5ohm resistors and connected them to the front, left and right, turn signals. Took like 10minutes to install. Fixed the problem.
Got them for like 3$ on eBay..
