Yes sir. I told the guy installing it to load the bushings and the end links with grease. I'm not sure either but it is definitely the end links. Maybe they are too tight? I did the rear myself and tightened them by hand and they do not squeak anymore. Maybe the impact gun tightens them too much...

I would love to get the coilovers but I really don't want to spend $1000. I really like the Illuminas but am not sure about what springs to get. I like the H&R's but think that they might be a little too stiff. Any other suggestions?

I have a Protege ES. The speakers that I went with were Clarion's up front and Pioneer's in the back. Not sure of the size but they sound great when paired with a Kenwood Excelon 4 channel amp.
