The Madaspeed3 uses brake parts for the new Volvo 40 series line ,seeing as how the 3 and 6 share the some of the same parts I dontsee why the 6 shouldnt have brake parts from Volvo as well . Besides Ford has its hands in both Mazda and Volvo

These are also called helicoils ,they are used when you need to keep the same threas and size of bolt or stud

You could try and drill the center of the stud and use an easy out ,but I think the easest way would be to remove the manifold and replace the stud ,thereis enough of the stud showing to grab it wit a pair of vice grips ,besides I notice and area on the maniflod that appears to have a bad weld ...

What did you hit and how bad is the damage behind the bumper ,is the rad supprt bent or not . If it just the bumper just get an new bumper cover .

I agree , it is to much .if you really want something like that use a couple of shades lighter than the car and just do the outline of the Mazdaspeed along both doors

Too keep things "legal" use the front pipe from a MSP ,that is what I did . I have never had a CEL . The fit was perfect ,the only thing you have to do is extend the wiring for the 2nd O2 sensor . The header I am using id a Genie which has a blue coating .

This is a long shot but did you check the tire pressures , a differance of a couple psi right to left will make the car pull .

With the hole there now you can probabaly get the bolt welded then weld up the hole you made . The hole shouldnt cause you any problems
