Rickrock, You are correct. Tightened bolts and it stopped the Snapping/Popping sound. The idiot that put the door on, never tightened them. That is not all this Paint & Body shop did wrong but I won't whine about my ordeal. Thanks Guys ! Dino

No. I was told the 2 nuts are for the Door Stop. The midway point where the door stops so it does not open all the way real fast. Thanks.

Correction : Sorry, they are Nuts not Screws. I tightened with a pair of Pliers.

You have to check which code you have before jumping to conclusions. My code for EGR Excessive Air Flow was p0049 if I remember correctly. Bring to Advanced Auto & ask them to check your code. Then they can tell you what the code means. Good Luck.

Got it checked out today. Just as I thought, Oil left over from Oil Filter, occasionally dripping off where it was spilled, when it was changed 2000 miles ago. First time I saw the car from underneath, on a lift. She looked good.
