They're also beaten to death, and even though they are inspected regularly they still break down pretty often.

Dont' get me wrong they're beefed up pretty good...stronger drivetrain components, heavy duty alternator (to power the warning lights, equipment, etc), etc. etc.

i talked to a cop with a k-9 once, he said the fuel chip is modified for more hp, better handling tires and its got 4.8L engine.. these freakin vic crowns..
