We bought a 2012 Mazda 5 couple of months ago and decided to install an after market DVD navigation system plus an rear view camera. After researched online found this model (QL-MZD755/ROF-1407HD-2) is pretty decent.
Thanks to sigor2011's youtube video. The installation didn't take long.
Just want to share some photos.

Mazda 5 2014

Hi there, I bought the same set for my MAZDA 5 2014 Sport. Looks like the GPS Din set installation is straight forward. But the Rear camera seems requires lot of disassembly. Did you do it any alternate way? Also how does the reverse camera respond, is it automatic (when you place car in reverse) does the camera get activated in the screen or do we have to scroll to the camera?

If you wire it correctly, it will respond automatically when placed in reverse.
You can get a wireless module to avoid running the camera to the front but I' not sure how will it work: https://www.amazon.com (commissions earned)
I purchased it for my other car but have not had a chance to install it yet.
