Grill help!

Ive been looking all over for a nice aftermarket grill for my mp3 es but i cant find any...does anyone know where to get one or if another years grill will fit?

I haven't seen any aftermarket Proteg grills, but if you get a couple cheap off ebay or at a JY you can be creative and customize one. That's what I ended up doing.

Thanks yeah i was looking at that one and i really like it but ive seen some with that and a extra bar across the grill in the middle which i REALLY like but i dont think its for my year so ill probly go with the DG grill cause its sick regardless (cabpatch). And i was thinking about customizing but i dont know if i could do it myself but ill check it out!

Don't you have a 2000 es? if so, neither of the above grills will fit..

unless you have the mp3/p5/msp bumper fabricated on..

if you have the 99-00 front bumper, this is the only option i've really seen

I have a 2000 es mp3 and yeah those other ones wont fit the one i really liked is this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mazd...Accessories&hash=item439fc74e8b#ht_4285wt_958. but its for a Mazda 6.......any customizing for it that will make it fit? Aside from customizing the 2000 grill like I did, the only thing I think is available is the Sport 20 grill, but you need the bumper too I think. There used to be another body kit/front bumper with a triangular grill, but I don't see it on the site anymore.

I bought a 2003 Msp grille and after a lot of cutting and sanding i was able to fit on my car,just need to fill up the lower sides of bumper to cover the little gap between the grille and the bumper.

Like this? It's a different grille, but similar. No idea where to get one from. I don't think they make them anymore... And it will take some modifying to fit properly in the regular sedan bumper.

Yes!! thats it!!!!! damn i wonder what it was from or where to get one......i have no problem doing the modifying and everything but thats what i want!!!! damn well i guess the search continues......

yeah i was looking for one that isnt that honeycomb design more like the one above^^^ on the black protege with the two bars across or one is fine like the m6, but idk what i need to get/ fit those (dunno)

I saw a Mazda 3 grille on ebay the other day,i have it saved at my computer at home,i will post a pic of it.
really like that one and i wonder if it will be possible to fit it to my car.

Yeah i wont, i definitely will get the one i want maybe just gotta make my own!! lol

Get a couple from the JY or ebay and customize. You can make whatever designe you want. Paint it to match, get some trim strips and screw or bond the bars across the grill. Not much available for the 99-00's. Just post up[ pixcs of what you make. I think I saw one a while ago but major $$. Here is my 1st grill, working on the second design this summer.

Yes I know the color is a shade off, but it was a dead ringer in the shade. The next job will be better.
