Anyone ever gone from the train station in Waterbury?

Go to Fairfield. It is a little further, but the parking is cheap (if you get there early) and the fare is cheaper.. Waterbury takes years because you have to transfer in stamford.

I can't find any info on how to get tickets at the Waterbury station either.. no ticket office hours and no automatic ticket machines (wtf??)...

I'm thinking of going from New Haven.. I've been out of there plenty of times.. Fairfield is another 20 miles away (40 miles round trip) and the ticket price difference is $6.50. I guess the ticket price difference pays for the gas to get there.. but we won't be going particularly early, we want the first offpeak train.

Yea, I have to admit that's a hot looking little car. The Mazda 2 is more on the "cute" side.
