DGM or Autoexe Grille?

:
Mazda 323 Protege SP20
Hi,
I am looking for an after market grille for my car and looking at the autoexe one.
It is a bit pricey and was wondering if the DGMotorsports version is the same and will fit without any trouble.

Have heard of trouble with eBay copies so will stay away unless a buyer is recommended.
I attached a pic of my car so you can see if the bumper is compatible.
Thanks,
Daniel

PS: does anyone have one for sale that they would post internationally at my expense?

The DG grille is praised for it's great fitment on the forum here. PM 03zoomzoom about one that he recently bought. He might be willing to sell it.

awesome thanks for your help
one more question. I noticed they don't come with mesh how do i go about attaching that?

Hmmm not really sure what the best way to do that is. 03zoomzoom has mesh on his already I believe. He bought it off another member thinking it could fit his sedan bumper but he didn't realize the sedan bumper was different from the P5/MSP bumper which is what you have. Shoot him a PM and see if you guys can work out a deal.

sorry for thread jacking but holy crap that is right side drive i wish i can get some parts from overseas and convert mine into right side drive man o man lol

yeah I sent him a PM thanks :D

lol yeah it sure is no one makes after market parts for the right hand drive though :( gotta stick with what fits both.

Yea right hand drive is cool. the 4 wheel drive from the field break models is cool too. The problems is that there is NO support for them at all. I wish mazda had done something with the protege like they did with the 323 and hand build a select amount of true AWD pros.

yeah.
I'm hoping Mazda will be able to support me if i need something one day. RHD is the norm over here in AUS so it shouldn't be a problem

To tell you the truth, I don't know. I know DG's grille is of the utmost quality. They really make some great stuff. I have their urethane lip which is also an AutoExe replica and its quality is amazing.

ahhk cool,
If the cheaper one is of high quality that's win win for me :D
are the prices on the DGM site the cheapest i'll find them?

Yea basically. I know Chris (03zoomzoom) will give you the grille for whatever he paid for it if he ends up selling it.

yeah, I would tell you to get the DGM grill as well, it fits perfectly and looks great. They also have a CF grill if you don't want to deal with painting it.

if you've really got your heart set on AutoExe stuff, check out Rupewrecht's threads over at the astina gt forums: http://astina gt.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=43
