Snowing in GA 2009

:
2008 Mazda MX-5 5MT PRHT
So Spring Break is just around the bend and we're getting covered in snow. Just figured I would pull this out of the "New to GA" thread and make a thread for itself. Here are some pics I just took as well as a video not more than 10 minutes ago. Enjoy them. This be my little humble abode on 1 acre of land. It's cozy.

Here is the short clip of video. 15 seconds I believe. Just amazing.

Edit: Yes, looking at the last one, it looks like MSD 1660. I might go retake that one cause that pissed ME off.

Still coming down too. Keep in mind, I am 15 mins from Athens. This is a pretty unusual sight. Of course, it's even more bizarre down in Columbus where our dear Mazda guys are getting it as well (as Babyface posted in the new guy thread).

It's snowing here too.. but it looks more like Shadow's pic.. not much sticking (yet).

Pics y0!

Ok, so these aren't in Georgia, but I am wearing my Georgia sweatshirt!
This is just outside of our apartment door:

These are the stairs going up to the 3rd floor, roughly an inch of snow on them:

The important thing to know is that these stairs and the landing I shot are both completely under a roof:

...and this is what the cars in the parking lot look like:

Ok, now I'm going back to bed..

Dru is on her way to work, says the roads are horrible, and that a 3-car accident just happened in front of her when the SUV directly in front of her spun around and out of it's lane, where another car hit it, and a third plowed into them!

She's teaching at a daycare center that is probably the only school-type thing in all of Northern VA that's still open today. Hopefully she makes it there and back OK, she's got Lucas with her.
