Awesome man, that IS great news. I was just kind of taking a shot in the dark there... for a little while I thought that it might be something more serious. That setup did wonders for my car too, IMO it is the best way to set up the vac lines. You might even notice better response from your wastegate now that it is on its own direct line.

The only thing that I think might be better is to run the wastegate from a new nipple welded onto the hardpipes. I haven't tried it yet, but I think I might end up trying that out next time the pipes are off.

i was too excited to see my car not stall and bov sound normal to take notice to the response time from the wastegate. i'll have to look out for it the next time. the difference w/ the new vac line setup is like nite and day. no more stalling, bov sound lot cleaner, i still need to adjust the pitch a little. as far as your new setup, i'd like to know how it turns out. keep us posted.

I'm not sure if you should waste your time and money on that. My ES kit came that way and is currently hooked up that way but I notice no difference in perfomance.

The only benifit that was explained to me was that it helps to control boost creep. I experimented with the wastegate hooked back up to a vacuum line and capped off the nipple on the upper intercooler pipe and I seemed to boost a little higher with it set up that way.

I don't know... I just went back to the way the kit was intended... wastegate to the upper intercooler pipe.

the valve hes talking about is about 160$$ you can get a adapter for hks flange im sure

Yeah, that's what I did. Greddy and Turbo XS make a fitting to adapt the HKS Racing and the Greddy Type S flange to the Turbo XS valve.

i know man , i guess the 2 of us are the only ones running clean with valves meant to be recirculated turbosmart works fine for me , and turboxs for you.

Just trying to get the word out, I guess. I mean, if you like the dual valve setup or want to redo a few little vacuum lines, great... but if you just want to buy an adapter, one of the valves that we're running and some hose, it'll work just as well.
