Just clay barred my JAN 2006 Mazda 5 PHANTOM BLUE 14000KM 5MT.... man its like a babies backside it is sooooooooooooooooo smooth.

Hope you like the picks... I put a challenge to any other "color" mazda 5 to post just change your title to match the color you have..ok(ughdance)

i just did my silver protege with a clay bar, it made a world of difference!!! then i wax it with meguiars next generation and then polish it with turtle wax ice. feels like a piece of ice now.

good catch. yeah, you probably just polished off that layer of wax! lol In the words of our beloved Larry the Cable Guy, "It's like wipin before you poop, jus' don't make sense!"

depending on the particular polish, it may contain abrasives that help smooth out the finish of the paint. A layer (or 2 or 3 or more) of wax is usually put on last for protection.

in general, polish first, then wax.
