a photo ode to a twisty road- post yours!

Went for a drive in cheyenne canyon today and couldnt resist sharing the sickness that is that road.


1000ft vert in 5 min (first)

Directions. Exit nevada on I25 in colorado springs. Take a right where it merges into cheyenne drive. Things get interesting after the "Y" junction for seven falls.

A friend of mine is moving to NC I will be sure to hit that up if I go visit.

how is law enforcement? one reason I like cheyenne so much is that its pretty much a dead end (without offroading). Not patrolled too often.
 
no cops on the dragon itself but at the "0" mile marker, tabcat bridge up at the top of the map above, there is often a cop there. just make sure to slow down once the forrest "clears" a little, before you hit the bridge. the road also straightens out some so you know you are the end...or the beginning if you started from the south.
