West wings bumper

Im looking to buy a wings west bumper from a friend who ordered it down here by accident.I was wondering does the bumper like the mp3/mazdaspeed version need me to modify my splash gaurds etc....does it bolt right on or do i need to go and have it custom fitted.

I have a Jdm Familia.

if you got it from wings west, then there was two different bumpers made one for the protege and mp3, because of the different bumper supports, thats what they said. if you got it from vis. i have now idea.
