I have been reading this forum over and over trying to figure out whether i should buy this factory MSP exhaust of this guy in my area for 100$$$. Will it look bad since i dont have the rear bumper skirts? Will it make a difference in HP? Should i leave leave my stock mid pipe with one cat on my car or use the msp one with 2 cats? Is a $100 a good deal? it only was used for like 8000 miles or so supp.

Well I say a 100 is a good price. I got my axel back for 160 2yrs ago. Just a muffler wont do anything but give it a better sound. Now if you want sound and alittle power then you need a header also. But it wont be enough to really do anything. I got the shorty header and gutted the precat. This gave it a good sould and a little increase in pwr.

Well this msp exhaust is straight from a stock MSP, he took it off because we went custom, just make that clear because i hear all sorts of different names for it thrown around. So how much better sound can i expect?, i dont want to sound like a bumble bee on steroids heading down the road if u know what i mean but i am looking for a deaper tone. If i were to do the headers would that void my warranty?, i did not think i was going to modify this car so i got the extended warranty but after tints, system, and rims, this is my new addiction.

It's a nice sound. Almost unnoticable in the car. I really like it. No the header wont void any warrentys.

The stock MP3/MSP exhaust sounds good. It is not loud and obnoxious, it just adds a deep and forceful tone to your exhaust. As for fitment without a rear lip, it's not bad. I love how it sticks out a little. I can't help but admire it every time I am getting something out of the trunk. From the back it doesn't look bad either.
