Mine gets so full of dirt, it's crazy.

very nice. I have one in red stitching but I think i'm getting tired of this stitching style for the boot in any case it's not like we have a huge choice.

Maybe a rubber boot would be a good idea :) j/k

hey that's the knob I have.. and the boot.. well I have it black leather with red stitching and a matching e-brake boot. I'm thinking when I have spare cash I might get another set with silver stitching since I gave up on having red accents on my car.

Incredible quality on the stuff. Horsepowerfreaks is selling the shaundarbie boots right? That's what I have. srshiftboots.com

Oh and I got my shift boot in May of 2004 and it is still soft and perfect. I only treated the leather once and it didn't even need it.

not needed. I ran that boot with the stock plastic ring with no glue and a Protege5 leather shift knob, mazda3 shift knob, and now the greddy one like in the pic posted.

Heres mine now I just need a new shift knob.

Wow the blue stitching really looks great. Did you end up using glue or not?

Anyone know if the seat stitching on the 2003.0 MSP is yellow or orange? I know it's yellow on the later ones, but thought I remembered it changing between the models or something. The reason I ask is that I don't want to order another one with orange stitching and then pick up an orange MSP and have it not match with the yellow stitching.

Heres the way I glued the peice on. The B&M shifter has a clip to hold the boot up so I slid the peice on the shifter on top that clip...then I put the boot down over it so the peice was close to the top....then I put the super glue on top the peice being careful not to get it on the boot...then folded the boot into the glue and used a socket to apply pressure till it dried. It is on there very good now lol.
