Help Needed-Japanese translation Needed

Bought a sard Scs intercooler water sprayer and all of the instructions are in Japanese. There are a few parts that I need help on.

Please translate the red boxes for me. I need this.

I'm begging...I'll even pay $20 via paypal for the translation. Basically I need to know where the white/yellow/black wiring goes to. It seems like you could plug it in something or splice the yellow wire to some power source (???) and to the brake or throttle sensor on the ecu.
