I wonder how the MSP would have held up to that rear ending? I am so glad hit didn't hit that, or I would have been pretty upset.

I was gonna be upset if yet another MSP was rear ended. I have 3 to my name, TxRxS has 2, and there are a bunch of others as well. Glad you are ok, but you should get checked out anyways. I still have complications from my accident and it will be 2 years ago next week that it happene.

You want to see what happens when a full sized Ford van hits you at a dead stop when its going 40-45mph? lol Let me tell you about it lol The pic is from almost 2 years ago now so dont freak out people lol

WOW...thanks for that. That's makes me even feel better that I was not in my car.

Do you have details on the ins claims for medical? Do you know if your ins or their ins is paying for your visits?

In Kentucky its no fault bodily injuries in an accident. Meaning that up to $1000 is paid by your insurance company and then after that it goes to the person that hit you insurance company. I have delt with 2 claims now, and my insurance hasnt even bothered to go after the other insurance company even though it has been well over $1000. As far as going to the ER, the sooner you go the better, I used my personal health insurance for that ,but when I got the bill I was told to send it to my auto insurance company. Then for all follow up doctors visits it goes directly to my auto insurance. Hope that helps some, if you have more questions feel free to contact me via PM or on AIM/Yahoo @ mspro035

Yeah, MN is the same way from what I am hearing from people.

I guess I'll just wait to see how I feel tomorrow. I am guessing that I am just sore and that nothing is hurt to bad.

Thanks for the info!

I got rearended 2 days ago around the same time of the day. I was stopped at one of those blinking emergency signals for the firehouse, b/c it was red. And what are we supposed to do at a red light? I believe stop. But the guy in a red 85 pickup didn't know that i guess. Hit me when i was deadstopped at about 20. Believe it or not I got a couiple of scratches, and that was it. But the scratches are so small. I asked people and they couldn't even tell i was in an accident.
