$250,OOO! thats awesome! being this close to nyc, $250,000 gets you a space heater you can plug into your car for when you sleep at night.

yeah 250,000 was a freakin steal for that place... my parents bought our 2500 sq ft house for around 300k like 10 years ago

land and homes are cheap in oklahoma i think our house is 2600-2700 sq. ft and it was around $180,000.
