228whp @8psi The tune could of been better, I think I am in the 230+ range now. I leaned it out a bit and now I am in the 11's A/F ratio instead of the 10's.

Just a thought, another forum I'm on does this:

What if we make a Sticky thread for Dyno numbers? Have a top 10 list and people can post their mods if they want. The Mazdaspeed section has a sticky for 1/4 mile times, why not dyno #'s? Just not sure which section it should go in.

This is a good idea. Roni approached me with the idea before of having a section dedicated to dyno sheets only. I still haven't gotten much feedback from my co-moderators yet. We all have lives too. Let me follow up.

He also did it on race gas, IIRC.

I made 251whp the same day, but I was hitting fuel cut by 5K rpm. I've since fixed the problem, so I'm sure I have more now.

There are actual files to look at. I sent LinuxRcr the files from the MPI dyno day along with the viewer SW so everyone can look and play with them. That way, there's no fudging. Kooldino, Dean's and mine are in there.

sorry to get off subject but i wanted to know were would i'd find the mpi libary of tunning because i bought the MAM ss it and its waiting back home but i just want to get a good start when i get around to putting it on once i leave this cold state

I made 210whp @ 9psi with a BOV leak. (found that later) and my sig. I went to the dyno to tune max HP with a tank of unreliable "93octane" gas, because this is my daily driven car and I needed to tune for a "bad 93 gas".

As for my surprise, I had very bad ping @ 3000rpms and top end even pulling 7 degrees off.

phrisco you blew your engine by running lean... on your dyno you're not lean at all? where were you lean that you blew it?? did you change any settings from your dyno run
