Forge BOV Setup Questions...

Been on the forums for a while, spent most of my time reading and learning.

I just bought the Forge BOV for my car, and spent some time searching old posts looking for pics of someone elses setup. Most of the threads I did find no longer had working pics. I was hoping someone could post some pics of their install (I am otherwise stock). I want to make sure I tap into the best boost/vaccum source for the BOV, and not screw anything up.

Thanks for the help...what size "Ts" did you use for the brake booster line? (I have the Forge connected now using stock bypass line...what is the best way to cap this off if I go w/ the brake booster line?)
