few questions on sattelite radio -> europe

No, SIRIUS XM tuners WILL NOT work in EU. The chipset in the tuner look for the signal specifically from the SIRIUS or XM sats. in europe it should be WorldSpace radio. http://www.1worldspace.com/

    Question for Kenwood DDX514 owners.

it all depends on what your ultimate goal IS. Do you want Nav? do you plan to built a system? BTW the 514 only has 2 sets of pre-outs. other DD options: JVC KW-XG700 Clarion VX409 - $349 on sale @ crutchfield Clarion CX609 Kenwood DPX303 Kenwood DPX503 Pioneer FH-P8000BT

OK i think this is how i can make it work???? "picture included"

huh? surprise no one ever answered this for you. When you keep the stock HU it lacks the RCA pre-outs aftermarket radios have. SO, you need to get "hi/lo level converters" that or sometimes certain amplifiers that this level converter built in, that will give you the RCA pre-outs.

    Kenwood DNX NAV Units

The DNX7019 is hella old by comparison! the 7019 has No built in Nav($500 option), no Bluetooth ($150optional), no relay outputs(which you can use to operate your garage door or home security system or lighting), 1 USB vs 2 on the 8120. The 8120 is by far the much superior unit to go with...

    Double Din- DNX8120 vs. AVIC-Z3 vs. AVIC-F90BT

Hey, I'm not saying that the Pioneer is not a great offer. It's the best bang for your buck, no doubt. BUT, the 900BT still has a few bugs in it that I don't like, which have now been starting to be fixed with firmware updates. You're obviously a Pioneer fan from your experience with the D3...

Pioneer Sirius Connect Interface (CD-SB10) install question

The CDSB10's yellow wire and black wire you can tap into the radio harness that goes from the radio to the car even though it says that, it's not drawing much more power. 1) disconnect the harness from the car so that all harness are still attached to radio but not the car. [note :you will...

How to remove 2 DIN factory stereo?

if you have a stock P5 radio you are supposed to use 2 sets (4 keys total) of the Ford keys on each side [top and bottom]. There is no easy way after that without taking EVERYTHING APART. If they are stuck, wiggle at them until it comes loose.

    Double Din- DNX8120 vs. AVIC-Z3 vs. AVIC-F90BT

CIRCUIT- do you have any pictures of your 8120 installed? It should look something like this: Here's what the AVICF900BT looks like, And here's what the the 8120 looks like: And can anyone else post or reference any other Pioneer HUs/ installed in their ride? Personally, I think what I...

    Double Din- DNX8120 vs. AVIC-Z3 vs. AVIC-F90BT

mspHtown - just go down to the Fry's in Houston or South Houston and check out the 7120 and the AVIC-F900BT that they have on their indash GPS/XM nav traffic wall. And do the side by side there. You will not be disappointed with either unit. But IMO 8120 ftw because it has ALL the bells and...

anyone know what cd player this is

My "it probably is" was just a segway to talk about the DMask line. I was pretty sure it was a 919 and yes evilm you would know especially because it's your car that was in the picture(spin), but again without having the face flipped over it could have been ANY of the Kenwood's Dmask line...

anyone know what cd player this is

It probably is because most Mazdas came with it, but it can also be any of Kenwood's D-Mask line [2001-2004ish]. I had the eXcelon KDCx917 pre-mp3 capable. If you're looking into getting one, just stay away from the 3d-masks.
