Did u get your RB from Advanced Imports? Did you sell your MazdaSpeed Exhaust (and how much)?
I've been getting 28-30mpg (mostly highway) on my 130mile (roundtrip) commute to work. After the exhaust install, my first calculation was giving me less than 25mpg! But that doesn't really bother...

I thought I'd give the Mazdaspeed a second chance today going to work... But still bothering me. Also I noticed my mileage seems to be affected (for the worse!) by the new exhaust! I thought the new exhaust makes the car more efficient. Do you find your mileage affected with...

Is the RB catback easy to install? Or I should ask, how is it installed (compared to the Sport exhaust)?
How loud inside the cabin when you're at about 3500 rpm (70mph)? Since you've tried the Mazdaspeed as well, how does it compare...
I just got the MazdaSpeed Sport Exhaust installed. Although it looks great on the yellow PR5, it is just unbearably LOUD (resonance in the cabin) when travelling above 3000 RPM (even with the stereo blasting).

I read from others that their ride is harsher now prior to lowering. Is it a harsher ride compared to the stock setup? I'd love to get the Eibach Pro Kit but a bit hesitant to do it due to the alleged harsher ride. I appreciate your opinion(s).
Just called OakTree Mazda (San Jose, CA) and they said it'll take 2 hrs to install ($200)! :eek:

Thanks Mack. I'm already using a K&N filter. I may opt for an Injen later on. I will, however, go for the MazdaSpeed Sport Exhaust soon. And perhaps the Eibach Pro Springs or the HKS.

Dealer pictures I see of the Injen CAI has a cone at the end. I don't see that on the pictures above. So where/how does it get the cold air?

What is the total cost including installation (approximately) for getting my PR5 lowered? How do the Eibach Pro springs ride? How much of a drop will it give? Do the stock shocks need to be replaced too?

Your lowered PR5s look good! I'm thinking of doing it to my Yellow one as well.
So how/where do I go in getting it done (Bay Area, CA)? Will I need new shocks for this mod? Eibach, Spools... which one? How much (approx) for the entire mod (including installation)?
