I have been using 1Z Cockpit Premium for about three months. I can tell when it is ready for another wipe down. Everything will starting attracting dust like crazy. This stuff really does seem to have an anti-static component in the formula. Here is a quote from their advertisement.

There is a rev limiter that comes in around 7200/7300 AND a top speed limiter of 117 MPH. I have experienced the 7200 limiter more than one time. (wink)
Others on this forum have put the car against the 117 top speed limiter. ( as you have also).
I would want to eliminate the possibility of a little stagger in the tires. (one tire a little larger then the other's outside circumfrance.)
You would have to jack the car up. Can be done one wheel at a time. Take a cloth measuring tape and measure around the tire the way the tread runs...
twistediluzions, have you heard any new information about when your springs will be shipped? Waiting for after market products to come out is frustrating! On the other hand if they aren't being released yet. The company must feel they are not ready.
And Happy Easter Everyone!
It will be interesting to see if anyone is getting mileage anywhere near what the sticker says. I know I don't get very good mileage. But that would be bacause the gas pedal is constantly mashed and engine winding out to 6+ G's (drive)

I have 6000 miles on mine. You can check my posts. I have had a few minor problems. But, at this time I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. In fact, we have another 3 on order. Early May delivery. :D

I wish you didn't have to do without your car for so long. Suprised you aren't out...
Last week, I saw a 2.3 badge on a 3 S sitting at a car dealership in Mechanicsburg, PA. Your statement made me think I didn't see it correctly or saw it on a different model. So, I just called the sales department for the dealership. Salesmen confirmed that they now come with either a 2.0 or a...
The new one's I saw had them on.
There is another thread here that suggests the new cars do have the 2.3 badges.
but, the good news. they don't have holes drilled in the car for them and they could be removed.

I got mine end of January. 5916 miles at this moment.
used as a daily drive work car. 450 miles a week.
I think that is because the front brakes are vented and the rear isn't. When I wash my car, the rear wheels always have about twice as much brake dust as the front.
