They expanded them, and they slid over one another just fine. I didn't have any problems getting it on. Overall I had a great experience with them.

Like mp5typer said, the MS6 has direct injection, and the only way to get a turbo is by buying a MS3 or going aftermarket. But it couldn't hurt to email Mazda 5 times a day begging them.

148hp is the 2.0l's rating. I don't know if you've got a 2.3l, but if you do then you've got 160hp, whether it's in a HB or sedan. They were probably saying the 2.0 sedan is the best deal, that or they're flat out wrong.

You should search, but the 2.3l kit will physically fit the 2.0 Mazda3. The computer however, will need to be tuned for it. HiBoost is working on getting a tune for the 2.0. If you are seriously interested, get in touch with him, and if you live close enough, he may be able to tune it on your...

From what I gather, they make decent quality stuff. However, "fib" on their hp gains, and overcharge, by a ton. Focus Central pully for Focus <-What the price should be... SR pully for Mazda3 <-What it is... In short, don't bother. The real gains are about the same as the BSD kit, 2-3hp tops...

AzMz3 has the Draxas' Headers, 2.5" offroad exhaust, and AEM intake and is putting down 160+ IIRC. Some other guy has the headers, Magnaflow exhaust, and WeaponR intake and is getting 158hp.

We really need to get a national Mazda3 meet set-up.
