DIY Turbocharging and Modifying an Automatic Protege5

Since I’m the idiot running 12psi on an auto trans with a gt28,
Low boost is quick, but full boost hits around the 3000 rpm mark and it pulls pretty good.
When driving in 3rd gear and flooring it, boost is pretty much immediate since the car is already cruising in the 3000 range.
Even using 256cc injectors from the 1995 Miatas has been consistent.
(These are just my personal findings)
Also, the upgraded trans is holding up really well and actually putting the power to the ground

Yeah…I’ve been warned about lowering the boost to avoid catastrophic failure but I keep forgetting (I’m constantly busy lately) 😅
I’m running a SSAFC controller currently that’s set to take over after -1 vacuum.
Plans are to get this Haltech 2500 wired up and going to full standalone.
