ChipFixx Touch up Paint re "soul red crystal"

Since ChipFixx is only available in Canada was any Canadian CX5 owners used ChipFixx touch up paint https://www.chipfixx.ca to repair stone chips for *soul red crystal (46V)*. How is the colour match?

I think Mazda used to sell oem paint touchup pens. May be worth looking it up. That would probably be the best match.

The Mazda touch up paint for the 46V soul red is not a very good colour match. I was also looking for a touch up system that would level off the touched up area vs. the usual blob effect when using the manufactures touch up applicators.

I can't say for your red, but I had good luck with a silver on my Subaru Forester from chipfixx. Looked a bit dark at first but blended right in.

Just ordered the two step Soul Red from AutomotiveTouchup.com. I also ordered the extra clear coat. I'll let you know after I get a chance to use it, but it will be a while with winter in full swing here. I was going to try Chipfixx, but they don't ship to the US.

I got Dr Colorchip. It looks very similar to ChipFixx, a two stage process that doesn't leave a bulge. They have a product for 46V for the Soul Red Crystal with a disclaimer that no touch up can exactly match a 3 stage paint job.

Perhaps ChipFixx won't ship to US due to patent or contract reasons.
