Show me your CX-5 wheels

Hi, was wondering if I could fit 235/55 tyres on a 19x9.5J rims?
Actually I know it will fit, but im just wondering if the slightly stretched tyres would look good?

Isn't there a weight difference between vehicles? Do these rims meet the CX-5's weight rating?just checked. 6=3100-3200,cx-5 =3200-3500 lbs. guess that's close enough. Why doesn't Mazda offer nicer rims though??
How do you think the Speed6 wheels would look on the CX5?

Bought new Yokohama YK580 tires about 3 weeks ago, then dipped my wheels yesterday. Tires are 235/55/19. I also have springs waiting to go on, just haven't got around to it yet.

A 235/55R19 on a 9.5" wide wheel is not 'slightly stretched' - it's a full inch beyond the recommended mounting width for that tire, and getting into the realm of what I'd call dangerous.

Boy that's the $100k question! Mazda has never offered a vehicle with really nice looking alloys. They always seem like an afterthought. By comparison, Ford offers an array of much nicer rims on just about all their vehicles!

The real question is, "Why doesn't Mazda offer more stock wheel choices in the US?" For instance the current Mazda 2 had about 4 different wheel options in the UK. Just 1 in the US. I'd imagine this is a similar case with other Mazda models offered in the US.

We had these on our 2013, looking forward to putting them on our 2016 CX5 (it's Jet Black Mica) They're 255/45/20and fit perfectly!

Sorry, but the stock wheels look better.

They're nice no doubt about that, beauty is in the eye of the beholder - I prefer wider tires and chrome. The stock ones will be on the car six months of the year doing winter duty. Will post side by pics for comparison when I install them in a couple months

Boy tough crowd lol!! Some people like skinny painted alloys, some like fat chrome. What a boring world we would live in if we all liked the same things :)

Don't worry about what others say about your mods unless they are willing to pay for them. Enjoy your '16!

The important thing is, that you like it.
I don't think that I have ever seen, a nice one in that chrome style wheel, but that is just me.
