Hey all. I just purchased a 03.5 blue speed. Have a few issues. rear suspension is squeaking ????? Has tokico blue struts and race beat lowering springs. Also having major boost/fuel cut/booging. Not sure where exactly to start. ????? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Forgot to say the car does have a few mods. HKS ssqv blow off valve, street unit seamless aluminum piping and Samco silicone turbo hotpipe with ETS side mount. Full VIBRANT TPV Turbo 3" turbo-back exhaust. Autometer boost gauge, Autometer EGT gauge, and AEM wideband air/fuel gauge. Greddy turbo timer. Has a maual boost controller as well, believe its a OBX. Not entirely sure if the ECU is tuned????

Welcome to the forum. First off, you posted in the wrong subforum. You probably want this in the MSP Problems And Help Section. Your boost/fuel cut could be from a boost leak, you may need a tune up (coils, plugs, wires), your wastegate could be shot, or your tune (if it has one) may not be set up properly. Check if you have a SSAFC (Split Second Air Fuel Controller). It's probably mounted in the glove box or passenger foot well. Sounds like you have the typical rear suspension squeak that is common with the MSP. You can get relocation brackets from CR3 and then run poly bushings. Your suspension is stock by the way. Hope some of that helped. The search bar is your friend with stuff like this. Good Luck.

Do you have a boost gauge? that will tell you if you are over-boosting, which happens when your WGA stops working. Then you hit a fuel cut which feels like you are hitting a wall.

Yes, I have a autometer boost gauge as well as a autometer EGT. I also have a AEM air/fuel gauge. I actually started taking all the piping out and removed OBX manual boost controller. Gonna clean out MAF and then but all Vac lines back to normal. I did notice that when the car fell on its face while boosting air/fuel was @10.0. Running extremely rich. Which why I believe its face planting so much. I'll post again once all is back together. Thanks to all for the advise.

I would start with new NGK plugs gapped properly (.028"-.030").

It's likely the way the car runs on the stock tune, they bog down under full throttle because the tune is far too rich. Removing the MBC is a good idea.

Yeah already did the spark plugs gapped at .28 still face planted. Removed MBC reinstalled piping and now vac is between 10 and 5. Have a leak somewhere. But didn't have time to ck it last night. Going back at it again tonight.

Update: So last night I capped off the hot pipe to remove the recirc valve and ran new vac lines and tees. From wastegate to intake manifold. Reattached all the piping. Started the car and vac is reading 5 and car is running soooo lean at idle that the gauge cant even read it. Can't find the leak man. I'm stumpped. Please if you have a suggestions or fixes please please help. It's starting to drive me up the wall.

check all of your hard pipes. I had the same issue and found that I didn't tighten down a coupler for my FMIC all the way.

Check your intercooler for cracks and holes. Honestly it's probably that janky BPV connection.

Cause: I have found the cause of the vac issue. The damn wastegate actuator. I pinched the vac hose coming off the actuator to the tee and wha la. Vac goes back to 21. Thanks for the help guys.
