I installed the SSAFC about a month or so ago, I put a few maps from here on it and was having a bad stuttering issue, Recently I tried a different map and it worked fine literally perfect afr and felt great no prob at all. Later that day I took my car out and it started stuttering very slightly, I drove about 60 miles to austin and the stuttering got worse and worse. So when I got back I read the map from the ECU and the ECU had changed the values on the map from what they where... So I put the same map I had that worked fine back on it, read the data and it was still correct, did I few pulls and it was still stuttering just as bad as it was on the trip. Read the data from the ECU and the values were still the same. I tried a couple other maps with almost the same values and maps that fit the mods on my car. Same problem. So then I just put some ridiculous values onto a map and tested to see if the SSAFC was doing anything at all, so when I started car tried to do a pull I couldn't even hit 1lb of boost so I know the SSAFC is working. So then I checked all my intercooler piping I inspected everything saw no problems.. Not getting any CE light either.. I'm confused as to why the same map worked fine for an hour straight of hard boosting then boom took a s***. The weather is pretty much the same as it was when the map worked fine too..

No it didn't...

The only way to change the values is to command the AFC via your laptop. The ECM does nothing in relation to the AFC. Nothing. SUPPOSEDLY some have experienced the ECM learning around the AFC after a while, but over the past 4-5 years with 4 different AFC's I've not once experienced this problem. Even if that were the case, the values in the AFC would stay the same. There is no input from the ECM to control the values within your map. Something else has happened.

if you are worried about the factory ECU learning arond the SSAFC you could pull the power from the battery and let the ecu forget what it has learned. I don't think it is your issue though.
