Exhaust manifold O2 sensor electrical connector stuck!

I need to remove my exhaust manifold, but I can't get the O2 sensor's electrical connection to come loose. I have tried working the boot/sheath back and forth and up and down so forcefully that the whole car is rocking, but the connector remains frozen in place! I'm afraid that if I use any more force I'm going to break the sensor itself. Any advice? I don't want to go to a dealer for something so simple....

Cut the wires and solder them back together. Make sure that it's on the sensor side. If you don't have a soldering iron, use a really good connector with electrical grease or jb weld
