Door trim

If you're talking about the black strip along the bottom of the window, its a combination of screws and clips. Look along the piece with the window down, I know there's at least one in the door jam. Otherwise the clips just pop out with it.

If you're asking about the body moulding along the side of the door, use a heat gun and it comes off.

Yeah i meant moulding. I dont know why I said trim. Sounds pretty easy.

I took mine off a few months back it took me forever to scrape all the glue off and that was in the summer well worth it looks a lot cleaner

Word of warning, taking off the body moulding will make it a little noisier inside the car. The little strip dampens the metal door frame for NVH purposes.

I have my exhaust unbolted so it might be hard to tell the rattle over that.

I have never heard of them being installed for NVH, I figured they were to protect the door from dings. They don't come on the MSPs but the only difference I have noticed between my MSP and P5 is the doors sound more hollow when they shut.

Yeah, thats part of what I was referring to. The doors sound like tin cans since theres nothing to dampen the metal. I imagine that translates into a little more cabin noise on the road. If you've got an exhaust (or lack of one like the OP said he did), I guarantee you wouldn't notice a difference. The car's pretty noisy inside as it comes from the factory.
