I would beg to differ as well. Definitely improves the comfort level as it gives the feeling of more bolstering because you'll be sitting lower in the seat.
When I did it I gained like 1-2" of headroom max. Definitely more room to be gained with seats and good brackets, or custom mounts directly to the floor.
When I had it, it was the best vehicle I have ever driven in the snow. However, it is now lacking the best part of the equation, which was a quaife LSD. But it will still be good with snow tires. It's still got the excellent F/R sway bar setup. Extremely neutral, I only got the rear out once and it was going too fast around an off ramp in the rain. Currently has stock suspension on it. Shoot me a PM and I can give you the kids #.
Also I still have a lifetime alignment on it if you wanted to lower it. It just got an alignment after going back to stock suspension lol
Looked at Jess's old neon. Was a good car runs great with no hesitations and rides good other than it seems to shake when I got it up to 70. Not sure what that is, I will be taking out the motor mounts that are in there right now though lol. But I am taking it as he only wants 800 for it so i decided to not beat him up as any car that kinda runs is worth a grand.

...I'm also ready for giant puffball mushrooms, we've spotted quite a few of them recently. Be on the look out, i guess now's the time for them. The 5-10 i found today weren't good for eating, but when they fill up with spores they're good for exploding...

i haz... no idea, but with any mushroom you have to be really careful.
"Giant puffball" (not that it is giant, that's just it's name i guess) are good to eat before they start sport production. They'll be pure white and won't be squishy or anything. The one in the picture and all the ones i found were off white (going towards yellow) and you could squeeze them a bit, so no good...
Most i know about them i found just with a quick look up, so i don't know too much and i've never eaten them.... i'm just crazy for mushrooms.

I'd put money that a tire is out of balance. Civic used to do the same thing. Shake at 70, gone at 75.

That's what jess said I'm going to be replacing the tires with snow tires anyway so its not a big deal. Then possinly some cheap wheels in the spring
