tailpipe spewing raw fuel

What is the sequence of checking the fuel sytem , smoke an fuel coming out tailpipe . cannot drive vehicle . installed new plugs 03 protege 5

my daughter car she was driving fine started sputtering then died ,would not restart , I replaced battery and coil packs . as soon as i get it started fuel starts dripping out tailpipe . car is missing . I think has stuck injector at least 2 plugs were wet fouled1 plug had a brown ring around the porclean insulator

Be careful with your pre-cat,... you may have already wrecked it. (raw fuel on the pre-cat destroys it quickly)

Here is the procedure for checking the injectors.

I'm more inclined to think you have an ignition problem. Were the two wet spark plugs connected to the same coil ???

my thinking is a bad fuel pressure regulator , and sucking fuel in to the intake plenum

OK,... I know nothing about that but here's where to test for fuel pressure:

Or even easier - pull the plugs - one that is super clean is being washed in excess gas and will be wet/oily.

Change that injector (or try cleaning it).

i think is has to be more than one cylinder due to the amount of fuel .

i check F regulator , pulled plugs , the center 2 cylinders are wet . I swapped in a coil pack .didnt help . here is a pic of the fuel vapor and dripping gas after 1 min of running . still no engine light

Replace those two injectors (or clean them).

I think you should get one of these:

And do this:

That will rule out injectors.

I swapped in a coil pack .didnt help .

The center two cylinders run off the same coil,... You may have a bad control wire feeding that coil (short or open).

Check for spark from those two cylinders.

If you've got no spark from either spark plug from cylinders 2 and 3 then check for a bad wire at the coil's connector.

I have the stethoscope all clicking , I saw they feed from same coil that's why i swapped a new one in. I gonna sent it to a friends shop dont have the time to screw with it . here's my car toy

mechanic says 2 bad injectors the 2 center ones. 575.00 repair WHAT $170 per injector
