I want a track car too!

Watch this video of an E-Production Mazda RX-3 battling furiously for 2nd place at NHMS.

But I think I'll settle for my mountain biking excursions for now...it's a lot cheaper.

mt washington hill climb...much better!

Not sure where that forecast is valid for, but according to weather.com we're looking at 80% rain all day and a high of 46 at the summit. We could luck out and see the weather break mid afternoon but the mountain tends to grab onto bad weather and make it stick around longer.

I have a dentist appointment at 10:00 right off exit 3 in Windham Saturday morning. I think my plan is to leave from there. I should be able to reach the Hobo railroad before you depart, if not I'll see you at the mountain. Amanda is already giving me the evil eye about the weather...so its possible that I'll be flying solo.

haha...ya, i actually thought this morn about taking it off the road and making it strictly a track car....i've got a truck and a access to a trailer..(pissed)..the roads and traffic around boston are horrific, you really can't drive a lowered and what you think is a decent ride and keep it nice, bla, bla, bla(sadbanana)

Wow, you must be depressed. I would miss the daily therapy she gives me.

Get the bumper , its very slippery cel otherwise

Ahhh, thanks. Yes it is a little slippery. Love the phone so far. My old one came back to life and managed the day, rebooting once and awhile. Will be nice to have a stable phone.

Pouring rain here till Sunday. When is summer coming??

That Miata is awesome!

Finally got around to spraying the 3M Paint Defender on my bumper. Came out nice. There's a very slight orange peel look to it up close, but in sunlight you can't see it.

nah, just venting i guess....it's not really "summer" bruce, it should be called a "break in the bad weather"!

Im definitely debating the hill climb at this point with he high chance of rain. Im looking at a 5 hour drive and dont want to do it much if ill be sitting in the rain all day. Id rather take a rainy day to clean and organize the house and work on my bikes. :/

Morning Everyone!

For those of you skeptical about the weather for the climb tomorrow - 10% chance of rain in the AM and it's all clear until late that night. We're having this thing!

Also, there's a convoy meeting up at the Longhorn in Manchester, NH at 9:00AM tomorrow. We leave AT 9. We're heading straight up to the base of the mountain - if you come with us you're going to be sitting around for a while FYI - we're getting there early to set stuff up. If you want to meet up with the group doing the Kanc cruise, that's at the Hobo Railroad in Lincoln, NH - Arrivals are between 12 and 1. Departure at 1 for the base.

i'll be there for sure!

Weather keeps improving. My guess is that it will be a wet drive up there but then it will clear before we climb the mountain. Not sure we will have much of a sunset but it will be a good time regardless.

Mae have. Speed3 meeting us there as well

things are looking good for me coming up still i reckon. what I may do though (to avoid the 3 hour drive in the pouring rain) is just stay put in CT for the night and head up in the morning to the mountain. Id have to leave around 8am, or a little ealier if I want to stop at this awesome diner in Fairlee, VT.
