2013 and Door locks

Can the Mazda 5 door locks be programmed to lock automatically at speed and to all unlock when opening the drivers door from inside? My 08 Elantra had to be programmed at the dealer and wa wondering if the Mazda is the same. Just seems kind of weird that the doors don't lock automatically, how hard an idea would this be to implement on their end?

A lot of cars don't do that. I don't think you can have it do that. I also own a Mazda 6 in addition to my 5 and it doesn't have that option either.

This is not an option from Mazda though they probably could program it into the BCM. Most decent aftermarket alarms can lock doors at speed but not sure if they can unlock all with drivers door. Personally I hate (not to be confused with dislike) this feature. It is more cumbersome than helpful but everyone's needs are different.
