Is it wrong to plan out a mod list for a car you don't even own? Further more is it worse to buy mods because of the potential deal before buying the car in the first place?

I use headphones. I have walls so I'm hidden muhuwhahahaha
P.S. Smart phones work great with netflix.

I've planned mods on cars I've been interested in. A friend of mine would buy parts for a car he didn't own so he would have to buy the car. He also has horrible debt and makes bad choices

Depends if your wife will kill you or not

No.

Yes.

:D I have plans for my new car and had a lot of them since before I got it. I didn't buy anything until I physically had the car though, things can always happen before the car is officially yours.

Well I wouldn't buy anything that would put me in debt.

I don't think she would kill me...

i got the classic "i need this project by the end of the day, then the engineer proceeds to go to a jobsite, so he cant even answer my questions, and the other engineers play dumb like they have no clue about this project..."

its about to go back on his desk with a note saying "you want it done in a stupid amount of time, i suggest you make yourself ******* available to answer my questions"

i abhor last minute projects, especially considering i KNOW this project has set on this engineers desk for at least 2 weeks and now he magically needs it by the end of the day...

I know that feel, bro.

Thinking about kicking Menchies night back into gear this Friday. Anyone interested?

Wow....just read back a few pages and missed quite a bit....Evan wants to partout/sell the car, got some more tips on RX8 ownership, congrats to Levi and Nate on the homefront and Chris is at it again with modding the skyactiv. Saw a few celebrated Cinco de Mayo as well, anyone celebarte May the 4th Be With You? lol

Speaking of RX8's I see a black one all the time on my way to the dance studio. Over the last year I've noticed the ricer wing is gone but can still see the four plugs in the trunk to conceal the holes and the tails are now as black as the paint. Usually don't see it on the road but last week the guy was standing in the driveway with a girl, hood open and he was showing her something (maybe it's hers?). On my way home car was running and there was a steady stream of blue smoke coming out of the pipes.

As for the roads and driving, I'm with Phen and Pablo. I've been in Manhattan a couple of times but never driven (took a bus in) but Panama was by far the craziest I've ever seen in person. Potholes that would swallow an econo car, no painted lines on some of the roads, bicylists/pedestrians who pay no attention to the motoring traffic, hoochie mama (that is what we called them) buses that felt they owned the road as well as were not fit for the road (non-working lights, exhaust fumes that would make your eyes tear up when you were three cars behind them with the windows up). And their first and foremost rule of the road "the bigger vehicle has the right-a-way". Their were plenty of morning/afternoon commutes to the work-site on a school bus where the driver would swerve onto the grass as an oncoming dump truck would be coming head on in our lane as he was avoiding the pot holes in his lane!
