Mazda5: Prices paid and related questions

Just picked up a new 2013 Mazda 5 Sport with automatic transmission and Homelink Mirror for $20,700 out the door price. It's meteor gray with the sand interior and will sit next to my wife's 2009 Grand Touring edition.

Hello.
We just bought a 2012 year model Mazda5 GT for our growing family - expecting our 2nd soon, plus a Beagle, parents visiting us sometimes. Still not 100% sure if it will work for our needs.

Year: 2012
Location: Charlotte NC
Trim: Grand Touring
Tranny: Auto
Any extra accessories: Nope. GT's got plenty :)
Sale Tax Rate: 3%
Price you paid for your Mazda5(including tax, title, fees) $21,266 including $212 taxes(Mazda5 - trade-in), $699 crappy doc fees, $155 tags.

Felt like a good deal, a few hundred less would definitely not have hurt :D

Used 2012 M5 Sport AT with 29K for $14,288 plus sales tax and bs dealer fees. Liquid Silver/black interior

Our 2012 Touring was something like $21k-$22k, cant remember the exact price though. Nothing added to it except for factory items already on it.

Crazy, our GT fully loaded with 6 speed manual starts at $28.4k here in Canada with freight and PDI but before taxes, they'll budge maybe a $500-$1,000 at the most. But at least we can get that in manual. Add $1,200 for the automatic.

It's a wonder we achieve 2/3rds of the US sales despite having 1/10th the population. :)

A GT without moonroof and leather starts at $26.7k, F+PDI.

We just got a new 2012 Mazda5 Sport AT in Liquid Silver with the rear bumper cover and cargo cover. It had 24 miles on it and has been sitting on their lot for like 8 months, so they did it for $16,900 + taxes and license fees (about $1600 more). Sold our 2007 honda CRV for almost the same price, so almost a free transition!

Picked up my 2006 Touring at the auction for $5,100 + 540 in fees, taxes, tags, etc. 5,640 rolling down the road, I'm not sure how i could have gotten more car for less money!

I'm stopping by the dealer this weekend to look at 5's. Does anyone have an idea of what their local dealers are offering off of them? One of the dealers has Mazda3s marked down $4k, but they don't have any 5's. The dealer that does have some 5's has "Contact us" with an asterisk next to the price. Do you think I could talk them down to $4k off of a 2013 Mazda5 Grand Touring (around $21500)?

FYI - Mazda5's have 0% interest for 60 months during April.

The local dealer has a black '13 M5 GT marked down to $23200. I think I'm going to pick it up when the car I just paid off drops from my credit score in a few days.

Silver 2013 GT with 5 speed auto "cash price" 24340(includes delivery) + 250 doc fee + 1667.10 sales tax + 33.50 title and filing fee's - 1000 Mazda promo /w 0 percent for 60 months. So just about 25K out the door. Was this a reasonable price? They claim 24340 was the s-plan price. It did knock it down from an almost 26k sticker. Both the wife and I love the car so far.

$25k out the door is good. You guys are doing something right, $26,200 OTD was the best I think I could talk the local dealers down to. I ended up buying a black 2010 GT with 47k miles for $14,800, but the financing wasn't nearly as good as on a new one.

I got the same deal !
I guess its not a bad deal since the average paid price for this trim on TrueCar shows up as $23768 (minus taxes). So with tax , this number would come to around $25.5K.
