What were you having the AWR pan welded for? Do you have any issues with sealing? I swear this is the 3rd time Ive tried to reseal this thing and it keeps seeping oil from somewhere. I may buy studs to replace the bolts, dont trust them anymore with how many times they have been retightened

It leaks Through the Welds.

For something that is +$400, I don't understand the laziness of not welding both he inside and out. It literally took my friend Joe, 10 minutes to TIG it.

Here is a real close up of the external welds and the DOC B Oil Return in the windage. AN10

There is no coating on the welds in this picture, They are bare metal.

The pan is going to be media blasted today and then I will play with what to cover it with.

I took a look under the hood for the first time in a month =/

The power steering pressure hose is starting to leak where the rubber hose is crimped onto the metal pipe coming off the PS pump. Does anyone know if I can change it without dropping the steering rack?

Replaced the the ignition coil for cylinders 2 & 3. Now I have a matching pair since the other one took a dump about 2 months ago. There was some oil in cylinder 2 around the bottom of the coil boot, but I think that was from the old VC gasket leaking. The other boots were dry and I don't smell oil in the exhaust.

That, and full tank of gas.
