Ok, I'm going to part this out as it will be more money just leaves me stuck with things longer. I will not be able to ship parts out until I get all the parts I need as this is my DD, If you want to prepay for anything that would speed things up instead of me having to save up.

No dibs, Paypal is the only dibs that count. (you pay fees aswell)

And do as VIPMSP suggested and open a PayPal dispute if you're within 45 days of payment. It's amazing what a PP dispute can do to expedite communication..

Unfortunately you're not going to have much for recourse, I wish I had better news. Assuming this isn't resolved amicably, the best I can offer you is a "potential scammer" title for the seller.

He have connected two times already since I sent him first of two PM asking for track and he have not answered both time so I went and made the claim.

I still don't have my part either. I pm'd him and no reply. Unfortunately it's too late for me to make a claim with PayPal. My fault for lagging.

Well, guess what, the claim I made gave him till tomorrow to respond and all of a sudden he gave today a tracking number of my part to Paypal. I verified the number but it does not work for now so I guess he just decided to send the part today or just gave a fake tracking number. Is just funny he ignored all my pm's and all of a sudden decided to respond to paypal but not to the buyer directly...

^That's what I was saying.. it's amazing what a PayPal dispute can do to expedite communication. People will ignore your PMs and email for months but as soon as their money gets put in danger they're on top of it all of a sudden.

For those still considering making a purchase, I'd hold off until we get definitive resolution on the outstanding transactions.
