CorkSport is happy to announce the release of the 2011+ Mazda 2 Cold Air Duct for CorkSport SRI! Now you can get the benefits of a ram air intake system without dropping a heafty chunk of change to purchase the set-up!

By coupling your CorkSport Short Ram Intake with the CorkSport Cold Air Duct, you will limit the exposure of hot underhood air into your short ram intake and gain additional exposure to cool outside air using our unique design that pulls air from the front of the core support, resulting in reduced heat soak and more power gained from your short ram intake.

During testing CorkSport saw an average 10 degree drop in temperature at the intake compared to running the intake without the air duct installed and saw a 12 degree drop at idle for 5 min.

The CorkSport Mazda 2 Cold Air Duct is made from durable FRP construction that is ready to be painted, lightweight and an extremely strong, robust material. It takes less than 30 minutes to install and is only $69.00 in the CorkSport catalog, making this part a no-brainer addition for any Mazda 2 owner currently running a CorkSport Short Ram Intake.

yes yes yes and yes.

no CELs or running "lean"? when i had the plastic piece that went into the filter on the OEM one cut to where it was basically like this is was throwing lean codes. but it was prolly cuz the air was getting sucked in from such a weird angle.

but i trust yall more than anyone cuz i havnt had any problems withyour products. also im buying this.

Excellent! You guys should do a combo discount on this with the SRI, similair to the swaybar deal. Good design...and I love that you are backing it up with numerical intake temp reductions.

80$ of shipping to Canada, seriously?!

The 80$ price tag seems a bit high to begin with.. If I have to pay 160$ total for a piece of plastic I guess I'll have to forget that..

damn thats crazy is that basic? cuz to texas was like....a fraction of that.

Get it shipped to Freeport USA. They are just south of the Lacolle Border and see if you could have someone close to Montreal go pick it up for you.
They will need all proofs of your purchase (Paypal, CS bill, tracking, etc...).

Here's the link:

I got my CS rear torsion bar delivered in the States, took it through customs and paid my duties. The shipping was 17.41$ that way for me. I don't live close to Mtl and use a similar service close my place.

Email Derrick at CS if needed. Very good service.

I have 4 options of shipping on CS.com

2 UPS at 100+$
2 USPS at 80-90$

Actually, I'm glad to see its plastic since it'll be fairly resistant to heat soak.

There are some dim weight vs actual weight things on the part. Give is a shot again and see what is comes up with this time as we changed some of the data on the webpage. It should be less than $80 for shipping unless you are choosing an express option to Canada.
