What have you done to your MSP today?

How long you been running 12.5? Any thoughts on turning it down?
This wasn't caused by overboosting.
This was caused by oil starvation to the bearings. 2 quarts low out of 4.2. Running it hard through the twisties.
Tried to sneak bearings in it to get it to last. It didn't.
Started knocking again. And attempted to drive it 16 miles on the interstate.
 
still trying to figure out why my car won't idle right and wants to shut off whenever I come to a stop. Real close to saying screw it and selling the car once I figure out what the problem is this time.

I had the same problem! LOL. I think it might have been lack of lubrication. LOL

Kind of obvious but have you checked the egr?
 
Got a msg from thepope today or well yesterday didn't see it tell today stating my exhaust manifold is done for the most part! Can't wait tell i get it in the mail! Not that Ill be able to get it installed any time soon.

for all the times this happened to me, it's been the coilpacks. autozone has them at the lowest price, $27

I have already changed the coilpacks, wires and plugs, sprayed the MAF with maf cleaner and the car has been seafoamed. I changed the plugs and coils originally because the car was misfiring. Now it has a rough idle and stalls when ever the car comes to a stop every now and then

no, don't tell me that. I do remember not too long ago the car is idling rough at a light so I gave it a little gas, just over 1000 rpm and the car sounded like it was cammed, then it went away. Once I start driving, sometime it will feel like it's not going anywhere then all of a sudden, it gains all the power back and throws you back in the seat
