What have you done to your MSP today?

So, pretty crazy weather here in Knoxville these past few days. I don't have a garage at my apartment, so I got in my car and drove to a bank to sit at the drive through for like an hour and a half.... I drive back to my apartment after the weather settles down to find a Jeep Cherokee 5 spots from where I park with a 75ft. tree through it. Also a new Altima in the same condition. I then park on the opposite side of the complex away from any tree that could possibly fall and kill my beloved MSP. Well, I post to facebook that there have been cars flattened by falling trees in my complex, and one of my "friends" says that one of those is hers... Now, why/how does she know that I live there, yet has never let me know this and I had no clue? I think that's weird. And I'm not one of those people who have 800 or 1,500 friends- I have like 90. I see this girl out all the time and we'll say hi or wave or something, but that's about it. You'd think she'd be like, "hey we're neighbors" or something like that.

90 friends is a lot bro

So I think my PS pump is dying. Thoughts?

The belt is not tight in this video but it still continued to make this noise. The first part of the video is with the wheel being turned back and forth, the end is idle

Did you put a "BTK" adjustment on it and kill the bearing? If the pump is not leaking then you can replace the bearing and pulley if necessary. Which will be cheaper than a new pump.

BTK? LOL

and I believe there is some fluid leaking at the return pipe where it attaches to the pump.

Found my stock axle back is cracked where the pipe welds to the muffler, anyone else ever have problems with the stock Racing Beat axle back cracking? Time for a new cat back and axle back.
Mine is doing the same thing.

So I installed the 626 intake manifold on the MSP the yesterday. No vaccum leaks, but runs like crap. Does anyone have pics or info on how they did the sylnoids setup and throttle cable setup?

I guess I fit the acquaintance bracket lol

Not to be a dick, or anything, but I only consider people to be my friend if they would do for me what I would do for any of my friends (which is just about anything, as long as it doesn't involve jail-time, or financial ruin). I truly think that word is used too easily, especially with all the social networking going on these days.

Facebook keeps recommending I be your friend, but I've yet to send a request.

Don't worry, it doesn't hurt my feelings at all, lol. I have never even met you. The only person on my FB I haven't met face to face is SCMP3.

Do you have any vacuum leaks? Deleting the VTCS made my car run much worse on cold starts. I would definitely reset the ECU and change the map if you have an SSAFC.

Lol it doesn't offend me. I don't get mad about stupid stuff.

And just for the record I've tried to meet you twice haha

Aside from the annual birthday wall posting onslaught, I only hear from about 10 people on a regular basis that I am friends with on Facebook.

What did I do to my MSP today? Nothing, but it still managed to **** up. My driveway has a slight incline when facing the garage door and if I put the car in neutral with no ebrake, it will coast backwards. I noticed the past few days that when taking off from a stop it seems to be held back. Just parked it in front of the garage and left it in neutral... heard a loud creaking noise and the car didn't move an inch. ****. This. Car.

not much...reservior is usually above min. I might do the bleeding procedure on it and see if maybe its just air in the system.
I have seen people over tighten pumps and cause the bearings to fail in them as a result.

But it sounds like it is low on fluid. How much is it loosing?

very nice day outside and its my day off, decided to drive around!

on a side note, does anybody have a set of under/overdrive/lightweight pulleys they want to get rid of?
