Oh no worries man.

Both. With the Probe, Shamu will be exactly what I always wanted it to be. A fun street/track car. I want to be able to take it out on nice days and drive and learn how to drive it well through different events on the track.

Shamu got some new shoes today. Crappy first picture. Wheels look amazing in person. I also broke a bunch of stuff trying to get the lug nuts off. Don't know why they decided to be a b**** this time. I torqued them the same as all the other times.

They wouldn't have been my first pick, but they look pretty good in person. Still can't believe you broke the breaker and the extension, Hulk.

I thought the same thing when I van picked them out. But with them on the car they look amazing.

Haha thank you sir. I don't know yet whether I even need to roll the rears. I am going to take it out for some driving tomorrow after work.

For sure let me know how it goes, seeing as how I will be going with the same tires... Although I might sit just a bit lower, I'd like to know if I can go ahead and put tires on before our April 1st meet...

Edit: You confident in no more snow this winter? Or just the fact that you can quickly/easily swap back in needed?

Confident that I can switch back when I want to and also that I can buy and put Evan's snow tires for the P5 on the probe if I need to. I don't want Shamu to see another winter ever again.

Breaking breaker bars is easy to do. ******* hurts like hell when you do it tho. I'm on my 2nd 23" bar. Broke my first one on an axle nut for the Civic.

I'm on my 2nd one as well. Good time to have a Craftsman and be able to trade it in for a good one (or any other brand that lets you do that).

those wheels look incredible man

Agreed! (2thumbs)

ive never broken a breaker bar, but ive broken 2 3/4 inch drive sockets. a 1 and 1/2c inch and a 1 3/8 inch socket. its hard to break your breaker bar if its a 28 inch iron pipe that you slip onto the rachet hahaha

ps, Ivan- I've got a tub of anti-sieze on top of my toolbox for the lug bolts and hub. Help yourself.

I'm on number 3 or so. I broke a 15" with my old VW (circa 2000-2001). I then stepped up to the 23". I just stopped counting.
