Most of those kits are designed to fix the good alignment ruined by lowering the car. Unless you race it and actually know what the settings do, better to leave as close to stock specs as possible.
I know exactly what I'm doing with the alignment... I tend to piss off the alignment techs @ NTB every time I go because most of my cars have way more adjustments available than they do from the factory. The S2k is pretty alignment sensitive too, so it's up on the rack quite a bit figuring out the best settings that make me happy for my suspension setup.
